We are specialized in working directly with clients to gather the necessary information needed to develop a resume using a tailored approach that works for each client. If that means using a resume worksheet so we can obtain extensive detail, then that is exactly what we will need to do. If a resume form is needed, we will formulate one that is tailored towards your occupation and career path based on our consultation. We do not use a one-size-fits-all resume questionnaire that is already on our website for you to fill out. We will prepare a resume worksheet that is formulated for you.

STEP ONE  -- Contact Us

Contact us to discuss your resume needs. We will provide you with a quote depending on your career level and situation (transitioning, just starting out, returning to the work force, internal promotion). 

STEP TWO -- Payment  

You will be asked to return to the Rates & Services page to make your online payment at our secured site. All work will begin upon payment in full, in advance. Why? Because it is project oriented and we give you the completed resume upon via email. Our  resume drafts are 95% complete.

STEP THREE -- Process / Turnaround Time

Whether you choose our 1-on-1 Resume Service or Resume Cover Letter Writing Service, we will need to communicate with you via email or telephone to determine your needs in order to develop your resume or resume cover letter. Here are a few areas that will be covered in order to ensure your resume is strong:

• The main focus of your resume and what you want a hiring manager to know about you.

• A comprehensive overview of your professional background / work history.

• The type of companies and positions you are interested in targeting -- and a comparison between the requirements of the positions and your qualification to make a match.

• Your most notable strengths and accomplishments such as special projects, how you saved the company money or improved processes -- or simply how well you performed your routine job on a daily basis so a hiring manager really understands your value.

If we decide that a resume worksheet is best for you, we will develop one based on our understanding of your needs. We really want you to think about your responses. This proven method ensures your resume will have lots of specifics that will grab the hiring manager's attention and set you apart from the competition! This is developed after we speak with you and is based on our understanding of your work/career history and direction. 

For clients who prefer verbalizing the information, we will be more than happy to accommodate you. However, we will still create a customized questionnaire/worksheet for your review so you can prepare your responses beforehand to ensure your information is organized, accurate, and detailed.   

Once we have the information we need, we will develop your resume and email the finished resume to you for your approval and revisions until it is finalized and meets your satisfaction. 

Turnaround time is generally two weeks from the time we receive the completed worksheet.
