Prior to payment, you will have the opportunity to speak directly with Ann Baehr so she can understand your goals and current career situation, such as just graduating with minimal or no experience, returning to the workforce, recently let go, relocating, changing your career, military-to-civilian career transition, advancing your career, simply exploring opportunities to see what's out there, or simply wanting to have a resume just in case opportunity knocks!

Based on your career level and direction, Ann Baehr will provide you with a custom quote that may include other documents such as an executive bio. Additional documents such as a PDF and plain text format are provided upon request at no additional cost.

Upon completion of your secured payment, Ann Baehr will want to review multiple documents that may include a current resume, cover letter, letters of recommendation, performance evaluations, and several job postings that can be found at indeed.com -- an integrated job search engine. The job ads help to identify your unique skill sets, experience, and strengths in alignment with the requirements of the position of interest (very important!). This confidence-building exercise will also help you to prepare for the interview.   

Armed with a comprehensive understanding of your goals, you will be given the option to complete a highly customized resume questionnaire or to verbally provide your information during a scheduled telephone-based Question & Answer session in order to obtain the scope of your experience with a focus on accomplishments. If you choose to complete the questionnaire (typically more than 5 pages in length), Ann Baehr will follow up to clarify your information.

The turnaround time for most projects is 10 business days. If you need to have the resume done within 3 days, there will be an expedite fee of $225. 

Ann Baehr will email you the completed resume and cover letter for your review, and will work with you to make any adjustments until you are thrilled with the end result.
